Accommodations
For individual reservations (less than 12 guests), we are happy to offer a full refund less a three percent (3%) service charge on the reservation fee (Room + Tax) provided cancellations are made by 4 p.m. Eastern Time at least two (2) days prior to your arrival. The full amount of your stay, Room + Tax, will be charged after 4 p.m. Eastern Time two (2) days prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking for stays booked within the cancellation period. Cancellation coverage is available.
For Group reservations (over 12 guests), a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance within 3 months of check-in date.
Special Events
Full payment required within 90 days of your event date. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total fee. We are happy to offer a full refund less a non-refundable deposit of 10% provided cancellations are made by 4 p.m. EST thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.
