Accommodations
Individual reservations (Up to 7 guests):
For individual reservations (under 8 guests), we are happy to offer a full refund less a three percent (3%) service charge on the reservation fee (Room + Tax) provided cancellations are made by 4 p.m. Eastern Time at least two (2) days prior to your check-in date. The full amount of your stay, Room + Tax, will be charged after 4 p.m. Eastern Time two (2) days prior to your arrival date, or at the time of booking for stays booked within the cancellation period. Cancellation coverage is available.
Group reservations (Over 7 guests):
For Group reservations (over 7 guests), a 10% non-refundable deposit is required with your booking, in addition to completion of the reservation form. The balance of the reservation fee is due within 90 days of the check-in date or at the time of the reservation if the booking date is less than 90 days before the check-in date. The reservation is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Special Events
Full payment required within 90 days of your event date. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total fee. We are happy to offer a full refund less a non-refundable deposit of 10% provided cancellations are made by 4 p.m. EST thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.
