What is included in your venue rates?
Guests would need to fill our requirements survey so that we can customize your services to what meets your unique needs. We are a DIY venue which means we rent our venue and allow our guests to customize their event using a number of experienced vendors that we work with. The venue rental for a pasture or waterfront event is $4000 per day. Discounts may apply. All prices quoted on this site are subject to change.
We can offer event management services to coordinate the process for you. We do rent harvest tables, chairs, decorations, table settings and silverware. However the rest is managed by guests and third party vendors.

Is a covered outdoor seating area available?
We have two outdoor options- a waterfront venue or a pasture venue on an open field. See map below. Both will require a tent rental from one of our vendors. Once you decide to proceed we will work with you on a list of experienced vendors if you need assistance. A full service vendor like Encore would take care of everything for you.
The recreational area is the pasture venue in the map below and the lighter area right of the clubhouse on the waterfront is the lakeside venue.
Does the venue rental include accommodation? Is it possible to reserve only for 1 night, but “check in” as early as possible?
Accommodations is separate but discounted for weddings. If you book all 7 cottages that sleep over 30 guests, you will have the entire resort to yourselves. We can offer you our wedding and accommodation package that includes 10% off both venue and accommodation rates.
For catering, may we choose any caterer? What are the rates per person for your caterer?
Certainly, you may choose your own caterer and all your own vendors. We don’t decide that for you. Or we can recommend some. Pebbles is a DIY venue with lots of options to give our guests the freedom to manage their event the way they chose at the budget that works for them. Our primary offering is the venue and accommodations.
What is the rate for an open bar?
Once the venue rental is confirmed, we can offer you a few options for bar services through third party vendors. There are lots of innovative options in the County including a cocktails truck, depending on your wedding theme.
Are firepits available?
Yes, provided there is no municipal burn ban. See the setting reference below for a fire pit that we are working on.
Is there a curfew?
Curfew is 2am, we understand as per current regulations. It is decided by the municipality and may change. You must have insurance to host your event at the property. It is affordable, quick and easy to procure.
Do you have pictures of the waterfront venue and pictures of the outdoor covered seating?
The property has a kilometer of waterfront- the longest of any resort or venue in Prince Edward County. It is one of the nicest venues in the County with stunning vistas over Lake Ontario. A tent rental is required for covered outdoor seating.
