Site options
We offer four wedding event sites for our guests.
Farm setting:
At Mercara Estates, just south of Picton and Bloomfield with indoor barn/pasture options
Beachfront setting:
At Pebbles Beach Resort. On the waterfront with about 5000 sq. feet of outdoor event space. Pebble beach waterfront backdrops on Lake Ontario for amazing photos.
Water view setting:
At Pebbles Beach Resort. A larger area overlooking the waterfront where a tent can be set up for up to 200 guests.
Pasture setting:
At Pebbles Beach Resort. Across from the waterfront. A large 2 acre space where a tent can be set up for up to 200 guests.
Accommodations
Onsite accommodations are available for up to 50 guests with the beachfront, water view and pasture options. Farm setting option has accommodations for up to 16 guests on site.

Facilities and Capacity
Pebbles offers venues for wedding celebrations, either large or intimate. With onsite accommodations for up to 28 guests. And events for up to 400 guests.
The wedding venue is probably the most private location in Prince Edward County surrounded by 1000 acres of crown land and located on almost a kilometer of waterfront.
Waterfront setting: The waterfront offers a large, open-air space. Chairs or even a picnic concept can easily be arranged in front of a charming arch so that everyone can share the “I do” moment. With a lake view forming a stunning backdrop (see photos), it is place that will live in your hearts for years to come. A tent may be rented for guests (recommended) to manage unexpected weather events and shade on a warm day.
Pasture setting: The pasture location also offers amazing lake views in a grassed area the size of a soccer field. You have the option to arrange your seating in a pattern that would work for you. This location is closer to the cottages. So if you have booked all our cottages, you will have the convenience of proximity to your cottage during your event.
Farm setting: The farm barn is a large 5000 sq ft space and the pastures are wonderful grassed areas of about 2 soccer fields in size overlooking our new vineyard and Lake Ontario.

The options can range from a DIY venue where guests rent one of the locations at the property for their wedding ceremony and reception.
