- Three 2 or 3 bedroom cottage combination. Each cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. Subject to availability.
- 3-bedroom cottages: Swan or Kingfisher
- 2 bedrooms cottages: Sandpiper, Warbler and Hummingbird.
- Each cottage has double beds in bedrooms and one full bathroom.
- Up to 12 guests – Up to 4 guests in each 3B cottage and up to 4 guests in the 2B cottage.
- While the 3B cottages could accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms, the 3B cottages are about the same size as the two bedroom cottages and can be busy with more that four guests.
- Note taxes and fees include 13% HST, 4% MAT and a $500/cottage refundable 2-week security deposit hold on your mode of payment.
Private pebble beach, Three cottages- with a total of three fully equipped kitchen, 3 BBQs, 3 Picnic Tables, 12 Adirondack chairs and communal fire pits.
Each cottage has a private backyard. A private fire pit (Weather permitting and provided there isn’t a burn ban in force by the Municipality). See photos.
Lots of amenities. Kayaking, snorkeling, bikes, beach volleyball and more!
Club house with a drinks bar, fussball, snooker, table tennis, board names, karaoke and more in 2023.
Hypoallergic resort. No pets allowed.

Taxes and fees below include: Refundable Security Deposit of $500 per cottage, HST (13%) and Municipal Accommodation Tax (4%).
While guests have been happy in our 3 bedroom cottages, please note they are small at about 640 sq. ft. and hence are ideally recommended for 4 guests.
